Services Provided
Computing Systems & Architecture is responsible for the design, architecture and operations of all Corporate and Collaborative computing systems.
Our responsibilities include:

Capacity planning, selection, management and provision of computing infrastructure including hardware and software and maintenance of hardware and software, services;

Maintenance, development and documentation of all systems software including the operating systems, editors, file handling routines, language compilers and accounting functions on all computers for which ITR is responsible;

Systems security and AUScert membership and response;

Management of machine room operations including operation of the computers, provision of computing resources, backup, security, disaster recovery and continuity control;
