Outside Operations Coverage Hours
Where possible and appropriate, outages and changes to services provided to clients are notified in advance via Central Computing Bulletins.
Clients are at liberty to subscribe to Central Computing Bulletins or take an RSS feed.
Clients can also check the System Status message.
If clients are aware of a major outage outside Business hours that is not notified via the Bulletins or Status they can call the Duty manager on +61 7 4781 6954 or +61 7 4781 6955
Other Information and Feedback
It is a Divisional goal to provide a single service contact point through InfoHelp, a unit of the Information Services (Library) program. Thus, most ITR services are not supplied direct to the end user in the first instance. All other services are supported by a three tier support structure:
Primary Support: InfoHelp provides Primary support direct to clients or via the phone, email and the web.
Secondary Support: Secondary support is provided by ITR IT Services and Support staff.
Tertiary Support: ITR Systems and Operations staff provide Tertiary support.
